  • My husband, aged 64, lost his job 3 years ago. The best he's been able to find is a series of temporary jobs at $10 an hour. Luckily, I make enough to support us.

  • So - one question. When will travelers have the choice of a non-smoking cruise? I took a cruise for the first time two years ago and was incredibly dismayed to find out that smoking was permitted in the bars and casinos.

  • Albert Pujols and Peyton Manning both do more for the community than Jeter and have had superior years at their sports. If Jeter played in Denver or Tampa, he wouldn't even be considered.

  • As a white woman, I was appalled, angry, and disappointed when I heard that this woman had lied and had indicted two black men as abductors. It makes my stomach churn to think that still today, in 2009, in this country, that people resort to laying blame on blacks.

  • If the McCain camp didn't take the time to vet Palin's background, and clearly they did not, it is the media's job to do so. Probe away.
